Are you going to tell us why last night was so bad or do we have to guess?
Don't take this the wrong way but less than 48 hours ago your son was missing. Is the fact that he is safe and well not enough to put a smile on your face for a little longer?
As someone else has already said try looking at the good things in life rather than focusing on the negatives? |

sometimes things happen. and in past have said why me etc..... but when you sit down and really think about life in general there really are worse off people......makes me think how lucky we are even when things dont go right from time to time .. keep smiling makes you feel btter!!! |

Sorry was in a real downer due to lack of sleep feel better but just very tired. Now I know there are people far worse off than me and I've been a bit wo is me so time to get back to the real me |

Cheery up Van ...... could be like me and have cancer for the second time ...... am I down? not a jot. I have my friends, my lovely family and I'm still here. Smile hunni, life could be a lot worse. As long as life is still worth living never give up. xx |
