Has anyone on here done it?

I'm curious. I know one person in life that is doing it and wondered if anyone else has, and how they find it.

It's costly, very involved but seems to be well recommended.

Have you?

Looks like it’s got a head start over other diets (yeah, they say it isn’t a diet) because stumping up £500 means you’re more likely to stick to it. I think most diets probably work if you stick to them, just that sticking to them is really hard.

Also, you value information that’s expensive or difficult to acquire. £500 isn’t very easily available so what it tells you is more likely to be valued.

Testing blood and poo is handy too. I think lots of people are a bit allergic to many foods or their bodies can’t handle them easily. Finding this out will help a lot.

I enjoy their free podcasts. Particularly those on nutrition and health. I did consider the programme but the cost + ( don't take my word for it ) the diet seemingly being 'food' and moving more , I decided not to stump up as that news was old when I was just born.

I'd like the tests though and they are available far more cheaply at a one off cost.
