I’m enjoying Punks return. He’s always been this way, he’s never afraid to upset colleagues when it’s like the Buck running to Meltzer & Alavrez or Perry being an absolute idiot and wanting to work unsafe by using real glass.
Mox co-produced the SS match and he didn’t have real glass used as it’s not worth it. |

CM Punk has been fired. Statement from Tony Khan reads
“Phil played an important role within AEW and I thank him for his contributions. The termination of his AEW contracts with cause is ultimately my decision, and mine alone. Of course, I wish I didn’t have to share this news, which may come as a disappointment to many of our fans. Nevertheless, I am making the decision in the best interests of the many amazing people who make AEW possible every week – our talent, staff, venue operators and many others whose efforts are unsung but essential to bringing our fans great shows on television and at arenas and stadiums throughout the world.”
Looks like the fall out from All In was the last straw. |

It will be interesting to see what Punk does next. No doubt another explosive podcast appearance will be in the works.
He probably won't ever go back to WWE and ROH is now under the Khan ownership too. New Japan and MLW are probably his best options but I dunno. |
