Should forum post titles more accurately represent the contents than currently?

Would you have and like better/more accurate forum searches, if threads each had a meaningful title?

No. Click bait is part of the fun!

Some titles are clever and while are not accurate, link well to the thread when you read them. Some people even enjoy the "I was expecting x but then got y" titles.

If they were accurate they would be even more monotonous.

It's ridiculous when some people whine about repeated threads. "Do a forum search! Someone asked this before!"

Ugh yeah how can they search on thread titles.

I'm happy with the current. If the OP is something daft after an interesting title I can just close the page.
