Was reading a article where the writer was discussing a recent family holiday and the trouble she had getting family pictures. Her kids did not understand the need for them or wanted pre approval of all snaps to ensure they looked good enough in them.
I can always remember the camera being out when we were younger. I don't have many of them now but am sure our family attic is full of old holiday snaps. Not sure we smiled in many of them lol but they can be fond memories.
In this age of social media and the desire to be perfect are family snaps a thing of the past? |

My daughter highlighted this to me when digital cameras first came out, she said there will be no more hillarious bad photos to look back on as everyone will delete the crap ones. I'm maybe old fashioned but scrolling through phone pics is nothing like the hysterics caused looking through old albums |

Think we was all the same about pics at young age! Know I was! Was out with my neice and her boys last week the older boy would not get in the pics! Hid his face ! I been going through my old pics of family holidays funnily enough yesterday! But most I can't post anywhere as we grew up naturists! Had naturist holidays x |
