If so … who or what adorned your walls, Fabsters?
I had mainly football related stuff if I recall correctly but the odd Jennifer Connelly and Phoebe Cates poster might have made an appearance from time to time |

I did. I don't remember most of them if I'm honest. I never was a type to get crazy about celebrities or idols but liked the music. I'm sure there was a MJ as I had his cassette or two.

"I had a single, magnificent Boris Vallejo poster above my bed. It was a muscled Amazon in a winged helmet in front of a Griffon."
My family thought it was typically teenage boy stuff, but what they didn't realise was that I didn't have the hots for her - I wanted to be her. |

So much my mum used to joke about why they bothered painting the walls.
Mainly film posters.
When moved to the UK took a tube of my favourite ones with me but finally got rid off after carrying them from place to place without putting up. |

One. An Anton Corbin photo of David Bowie taken in Chicago in 1979. It's a very unBowie pic of him. I've found it on the internet since but can't find a print of it anywhere. |

Yes it was covered in
Iron Maiden
Led Zeppelin
Jimi Hendrix
Wall hangings of CND symbols, Flowers, Birds and Butterflies
Skateboarding
Computer games
And of course the obligatory W33D posters every teenage stoner must own at some point (it's the law)
I miss my posters, my walls are so empty now...
Whatever happened to that little dude?... so full of dreams |

"I've good a rare poster I bought when I was a kid of haniball Hayes and kid curry .that I've never open or put on the wall I should eBay it."
Ahhhh, Alias Smith and Jones, a truly classic TV show, with Pete Duel as Hannibal Heyes, not the other fella. You sure your profile age is accurate if you remember this?

Yes, my brother worked for John Menzies, so used to bring all the magazines home for me. Posters included Jason and Kylie, Chris Isaak, Vanilla Ice, Christian Slater, 90210 actors and the black and white male models. I've even got photos somewhere of it all! |

Page 3 girls Dan, I was 8 or 9 at the time, black and white newspaper clippings all over the walls (Sam, Maria, Jo, etc.). I’m sure my mum just thought it was a phase, so yeah, it wasn’t.
Although from a purely educational perspective, I did learn what the girls who like to get their tits out thought of current affairs, which has stood me in good stead |
