Bodyclock on early wake up

Who else is stuck in a rut of waking up early hours? Can't seem to get out of it .

Couple of years now of waking up between 3 and 4am. Just end up going into work early rather than sitting around at home

Same here. On annual leave and still wake up as if Im going to work.

Yup!! … woke up at 4 … can’t get back to sleep!!
