What do people do to you or around you that takes the piss?
Someone was really horrible to my partner and our daughter yesterday, a stranger at that, and I can’t help but thinking about my reaction if I was there |

Ahhh man that sucks, hope they are OK x
I'm not a reactive to stuff like that as I've seen the incident escalate rapidly, unfortunately mental health, inebriation and highs, all make people unpredictable in this day and age  |

Place your focus on your loved ones, help them get over it.
Rather than teach the perpetrator a lesson.
They're long gone, you're left with the result of their actions.
People can be shitty, we all know this. |

So long as they are fine, try and remind yourself that rude people will always be rude, no matter whom the target.
It is a hard one though, it is much easier to let a bad experience go when it is myself but so much harder when it hurts those I love and care about.
