I have never been heartbroken romantically. My parents smashed my heart into pieces long before I ever truly learnt how to love.

I've never had my heart broken (yay me!) but I do know the sheer devastation of your favourite sex toy being discontinued.
The only thing that's remotely comparable is trying to find a Starbucks on the 31st of October that hasn't sold out of pumpkin spice lattes. |

(Only thing I found helpful for the pain was ibuprofen with codiene (maybe turbocharged with additional paracetamol), regular ibuprofen nowhere near as good. |
