I find you can’t go wrong with saccharine-pity.
Eg *Head tilted to one-side with a slight smirk* “ oh you’re quite sweet really aren’t you, bless”  I don’t do crude cusses - unless it’s understated cruel cuss if I’m really pee’d off  |

"Are you in yet?"
Lol...this happened to a football team mate of mine. Problem was he was with another lad as they'd met a couple of women in a nightclub. Both getting it on with their respective ladies in the same room, and his lady said " xxx, are you in yet cos I cant feel anything!!" As he was banging away. The other lad couldn't carry on cos he was wetting himself laughing !!! So the girls chucked em out
Make matters worse the lad outed the story to the rest of the football team the following day in ghe changing rooms. Never lived it down !! |

I like to say to pretty women have you fallen from heaven, they normally swish their hair and say yes I have . I then say to them, well I it look like you landed on your face lol so normally they laugh, or I get beaten up. |

I don't really ever use insults playfully. If I'm joking around with someone it's normally more of a reference to a character trait. A more bespoke approach. |
