Congratulations to Spain the best team won on the day.Mary Earps was superb I think Spain goal may have been prevented as when England lost the ball Lucy Bronze the right wing back was in a centre midfield position and made little or no effort to get across and try to hold up play.Russo ran 50 yards back but was never going to get there as the Spanish girl was breathing down the neck of the England defence.Congratulations to Spain and England in giving us a good final. |

Also have to be impressed with Spain putting their issues with the coach and the federation behind them and play as a team.

England did the same when they went ahead in the Euros final. Its game management when your own team do it.
That's not the best female ref in the world surely? She got loads wrong, or her assistants did. |
