I used to sort of think so. But not quite as much the same way. I have zero expectation of sex.
Its just sort of more a community (good and bad) that sex is not a taboo subject, on which by the mere hint of its mention you are considered a pervert or only after one thing.
However with that said, anyone for the sex? |

For me one main reason I’ve returned here is for non judgemental friendships that I can be open about being poly with. Hard to find that kind of community elsewhere I’ve found.
If it was just about sex I’d have stuck to dating apps. Way more success |

Ah this is such a good way to put it.
I feel less judged here and in the swingers community as a whole, I have more energy for more social situations because when I do them I mask less.
Came for the sex, love the sex (continue to want the sex) but it is the people and the chat that I love. |

Well mostly by having more ‘typical’ relationships I guess. Like dating, meeting friends etc. I don’t mind non committed sex though. Every relationship you have with different partners is different.

If I'm honest I like chatting and reading peoples opinions, occasionally adding in a thought or two of my own.
So I stay for the odd meander through the forum and a peruse of some pics.
If some sex stuff came up I wouldn't object but was mainly hoping to find people who liked yapping and such that I didn't have to censor myself so much in front of.

I really like meeting and growing from
other people and I really like sex, I think it’s 50/50.
Sex without any kind of adventure or journey doesn’t really interest me. But there’s definitely people I’d meet / carry on seeing even if sex wasn’t on the table. |

I’d be lying if I said sex wasn’t a massive driver of me creating a profile. But connection and friendship are two very important elements that I seek in a potential sexual partner.

It started with sex, sex is very important to me as an older woman who knows time is not on her side.
However, I have chatted at length with people I'll never ever meet, shared things we'd never share if it was just about sex.
Being older has also helped share some knowledge of what their partners are physically going through
So I see it as a support system, in a variety of ways now |

I came here for the sex and, after a while, wasn't disappointed. I stay here mainly for the sex. However there are other benefits too. I think this is probably one of the few sites I've been on where there are so many people with different points of view on the same site. There's hard core BREXITers and rejouners on here (ok they spend a lot of their time knocking seven bells of shit out of each other in the politics forum but they're all here), Vaxers and anti-vaxers, gays, straights, bulls, subs, etc etc.
Even if/when the sex dries up completely I'd probably still stay around here just for the social variety and comedic value of the place. |
