No ! They should be up and down the shops and scrubbing the bathroom.. life goes on ...
Anyway .. go down. knock on the door and tell them that them living below you is giving you dyson anxiety and they need to be more considerate. |

It's classed as noise nusiance and all work is supposed to be kept inside certain hours... not housework but worky type work |

One of my neighbours uses his shed to make stuff.
Every bloody weekend all we can hear is his skill saw ruining the peace and quiet.
A constant grating sound disturbing my mental calm.
He must still be in bed this morning. |

General construction work should be restricted to the following hours: Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm. Saturdays 8am to 1pm. Noisy work is prohibited on Sundays and bank holidays. |

So housework can be done at any time, great  Literally no excuses. |
