Normally i am a really chilled out person however, lately i have been stressing myself out to the point of feeling physically sick. Its really unlike me.

Its not even over serious issues to be fair either just little details..

I know its not Thursday but just wanted to vent out my ickkle frustration Seams a few of us have had 'one of those' days.

ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

"hmmmm you need to act to sort out what is doing this or your health will suffer."

heres a few examples over stuff i've been wound up about..

Yesterday my Rubbish wasn't collected and the seagulls were out and about, my daughter trashed her bedroom and emptied her drawers meaning freshly ironed clothes all over the floor, i ran out of shower gel, struggled with ideas what to get the OH for Valentines day.

Today i've had a payment go into my bank and i have no idea who its from. Its an irregular amount and was paid to me about an hour ago.. and my oven light has broken

I don't usually stress about anything, just take a deep breath and carry on, one step at a time. Hope you are feeling a little more relaxed soon

I never have one of those days as I feel it's important to let other people experience them. Told ya I was selfish.

Change to routine can throw people out a lot more than they consider.

Could be many things.

I'm oddly the other way round at the moment when I should be stressing out.

Made a big decision about my job, taking redundancy in march and so should be panicking about finding another job but I'm not

To be fair I have always been pretty blazé about things.

I find watching TV progs about simple things a great way of taking my mind of something. Silly stuff like 'How its made' or even a food programme, anything that doesn't involve having to think. The Joy of Painting is a great one for that even if the bloke has got hair like the hair bear bunch, it's a nothing programme about painting, and nothing else. Great way to just lose yourself for half an hour.

Funny you should say that, I've had a really chilled day. Long walk, great lunch and really really good coffee.

And ready to settle down to a evening of wine and talk

Remember smile and be happy
