Have a close look at your diet certain things are a known trigger.
Drinking plenty of water and cut down on booze.
Stress is a big factor.
Sadly arthritis is not something that just goes away.
You may need to have the knee aspirated if there's too much fluid.
Certain supplements have been known to help but always check with your GP first or consult a medical professional. |

I'd lose weight, if my occasional pain became more frequent or severe. It's not an option or appropriate for everyone but I carry a little that I don't have to and it puts extra strain lower down in my body.
Heat could also be a good reliever. I've heard of some people having great heat pads etc that may help. |

If you don't like the oil, the patches are a good alternative. They've helped with my chronic pain. |

Cortizone did not work for me nor did CBD oil,
Use MSM 1000mg and Turmeric 1500mg on a daily basis, if I am having a hectic day will add a low dose Ibuprofen and use a Gel called Flexiseq.
Everything starts to wear off by late afternoon and climbing the stairs to go to bed is a nightmare
Being of an advanced age does not help either. |

I've just been diagnosed with it in my hands it can be very painful and distressing when I'm always dropping things. My Dr as prescribed me zapain 100mg/30mg. They seem to do the trick when it flares up. |
