Cuddle therapy

This has been going on in Japan for a long time with little shops set up with cubicles and a bed. Just lay down, in clothes and hug and relax to relieve stresses of the day. Definitely nothing more. I can see why some people lacking any intimacy might pay for this and probably greatly relieves stress. On the other hand might just make them extra horny  |

What is cuddling therapy?
It is, pretty much, what it sounds like. You pay a cuddle therapist for a session which involves platonic touch, such as cuddling, stroking and hair-play. Sessions typically start with some relaxation exercises and breathing techniques. |

I wouldn’t. I don’t know why but I feel like it would make me feel even worse than I feel now, and trust me, I am starved of human touch on a cellular level.
I can’t help but thinking how artificial it would feel and no, it makes me sad even typing this. |

I would NOT be going to a cuddle club or therapist though .... I need cuddles in the way I like to cuddle with the people I'd like to cuddle.
I don't want it prescribed by some hippy who read a wiki and hug the lonely local who is lonely because his feet stink!
Besides....... these things cost and they cost because they are a business venture not therapy given with the desire to heal.
What protection from assault or accusation would I get for my dollar ?

What if 9 people turn up and one of us has to cuddle the cuddle teacher ...... do I pay half price if I get a boney one t cuddle...

I only know in Japan from years back but this was very much for men wanting a cuddle off of a lady.
Also the advantage for those so inclined was that is very was very cheap and quick. You could have a 10 min cuddle for let's say £10 or 20 (can't remember exact numbers) so much cheaper and quicker than a full body massage. Not something that would ever interest me but it worked for many. I should say as well that it worked for many ladies offering the service who would be happy with a cuddle but would not do anything sexual. |

No but understand why people do. I’m fortunate in my life to have lots of people to give me plenty of cuddles but if I had lost that intimacy and needed it you gotta get it somehow |

Sounds like a opposite of lapdancing.
Lapdancing- lots of teasing, sexual arousal. But no contact or touching.
Cuddling- No teasing or sexual arousal, But lots of contact. |

I think it’s a wonderful idea and one I have researched a lot and considered doing. For those people that are very kinaesthetic or in need of support. It would be great for older folk too- they rarely get any human touch at all. I have a regular masseuse I see and we always include some tantra holding during the session and it makes me really happy. I would definitely vary your price list on the types of hugs. I would love to hear how you get on with it so feel free to message me x |

It really is beautiful. But it matters who you do it with. I tried with one fellow and he was in a panic, his breath everywhere. Not everyone is ready for that level of intimacy. With the masseuse I see regularly it’s like our souls are in synch and we could stay there for hours. |
