People will be bored of reading my choice by now. But here goes. . .

"Tank Park Salute" by Billy Bragg. It reminds me of my dad dying and i cry every time i hear it, even 13 years on.

The way we were. Reminds me of my first true love who sadly passed on many years ago.

"Mike and the Mechanics The living Years....as its reaching its crescendo i get goosebumps...Played it at my dads funeral and i feel emotional just typing this... "

I wasn't there that morning

When my Father passed away

I didn't get to tell him

All the things I had to say

I think I caught his spirit

Later that same year

I'm sure I heard his echo

In my baby's new born tears

I just wish I could have told him in the living years

When the song gets to that point, I get the urge to call the folks, just to say "Hi" (as I have just done! )

I am very lucky to have both the wrinklies as is Les with hers... xx
