It is because filming or possessing videos or photographs of it was made illegal in the UK a few years ago now.
And if they allowed it, they could be probably be complicit in the storage of extreme pornography?

Any other sexual activity not prohibited by law
provided that:
It is consensual; No serious harm is caused; It is not otherwise inextricably linked with other criminality; and The likely audience is not under 18 or otherwise vulnerable. "

Yep.
However it's still 'unlikely to be prosecuted'. Technically it's still content that falls under the criminal justice and immigration act section 63...
In 2012 Simon Walsh was tried (and found not guilty) of possession of fisting and sounding images. But the CPS have said they will still view them as extreme and worthy of prosecution so it's down to juries... |

If you’re seeing sore and bruised backsides on here then my understanding is these are the “few” that have slipped past the admin checks as we’ve had all of our (consensual) spanking pics and vids rejected and have been told they do not comply with the rules of fab as they are too taboo |
