I’ll be honest, if I never read another “squirting is just wee” thread, it will be too soon.

However, what about those with lots of replies - do you like reading through 100+ to see what people say or do you think your answer will get lost in the noise?

Are there any you always click on? Often these are more about the poster or who I can see as the last reply for me; if someone I know has answered then I’m generally interested in what they think.

You?

If it's a thread with lots of replies, I don't often comment. Normally because at some point there'll be paragraphs on paragraphs quoted and commented on or it'll just be two/three people conversing so I kind of lose interest in them.

Oh flirty ones or "jokey" ones. Because I don't really flirt and my sense of humour doesn't really fit in to that style. :D

It’s interesting that the poster is as important as the subject, so when some people say they can kill a thread there’s some truth to it?

To be honest I don't look at the poster sometimes I'll notice sometimes not, unless it's really interesting I don't read the whole lot of comments, I'll comment if I've something to say about the post/game whatever it is, I don't mind being lost in the comments, I never expected replies.

My own posts are generally boring and awkward type questions that I want answers too.

There are plenty to avoid sometimes. I like light hearted and inoffensive threads. Certainly avoid those 'bait' ones and ones that some highjack and post inflamatory comments or are abusive to others or naming and shaming and such like. They only show how sad some people are and want nothing to do with their posts or them. On the other hand therecare lots of great people who brighten your day and only interested in those

I have no interest in threads that are so called fun threads, self-serving, attention seeking and those where posters and commenters are just looking for some kind of validation or affirmation.

Not here to massage someones ego or have mine massaged, happy with who I am.

I will comment on threads which, right or wrong, feel I may be able to add value or just exchange of information or experiences.

No single thing deters me, other than as I said earlier "poster above". It's a combination of the poster, subject, and how I'm feeling in that moment.

I generally like to comment, though not directly respond to the OP of threads created by people I don't like/they don't like me.

There are people on the forums that have me blocked or I have blocked them.

For various reasons. Maybe in DM's we fell out even.

But I still interact with them on the forums. And most would think we are actually friends.

There are past lovers I still interact with and we are still friends.

So no I don't actively boycott posters unless it's a bit raw for whatever reason.

Threads, I just post wherever and don't think it about it so much. If it doesn't interest me I don't comment it's that simple.

I avoid posting on the vast majority of threads. In fact I avoid even opening most of them.

Like many others I only need to see the ops name to make my decision especially when it's the 19th thread they've started that day.

I rarely get involved in really deep threads because they often turn nasty and dramatic.

Certain other subjects don't interest me and despite what some say about educating oneself on meaningful topics I can't be arsed when it has zero bearing on my daily life.

I don’t care about the number of replies, as it’s unlikely I will read them all and I just respond to the OP.

Ones that are created to stir up shit bore me.

Ones that look like they could lead to an interesting discussion are ones I prefer.

"I’ll be honest, if I never read another “squirting is just wee” thread, it will be too soon.

However, what about those with lots of replies - do you like reading through 100+ to see what people say or do you think your answer will get lost in the noise?

Are there any you always click on? Often these are more about the poster or who I can see as the last reply for me; if someone I know has answered then I’m generally interested in what they think.

You?"

Not getting any meets threads bore me to tears now.

Key but there is you saying 'alot of' - people can post fun silly threads but also more thought provoking ones. But I don't ever make judgements on people based on one or two threads or posts they have made personally. I think humans are a little more complex than that

Yes, there are threads I don't click on or contribute to.

I don't deny their existence and don't complain but I don't have the remotest interest in many threads.

Those I generally enjoy is where people exchange their ideas and thinking.

Occasionally, I'll join in on a jokey thread.

I used to find the majority of threads to be interesting , inclusive and participatory.

I now find most threads to be juvenile facebook type shite.......
