Try caravans - they tend to be cheaper!
I would have said flats but then you'd have a lot of pissed off neighbours bitching about your inability to safely make cheese on toast!!  |

I have found a solution to this, put the smoke alarm on the upstairs you can still burn the toast but it wont set the smoke alarm off right away. |
