Up in the air

We've had change, potential changes and things up in the air at the moment. I had a good cry this morning before I tackled the day and it was great just to get it all out of the system. I imagine the next 5-6 weeks will start with tears

(don't worry, nothing health wise!)

Things always goes bad, before they get better, and nothing is ever perminent its all temporary and things can always be fixed,

Ive been in so e dark places and ive managed to come out the otherside, just on my own, if i can do it anyone can, its about having the right mindset and help from friends if you have any xx
