I think the local updates page makes me block more people than the shitty messages I get.
I remember once I saw someone had a status of bloody hell now I understand when someone says punched lasagne, and the morbid curiosity made me scroll down the two local updates in between to see the pictures they were talking about.
Like, if people want to go full flaps akimbo and dribbling, more power to them. But I am going to opt out of seeing those pictures ever again personally. |

Oh I know. But I don't tend to look at that one. But I do look at local updates, which shows me pictures uploaded recently local to me.
Pictures from people 100s of miles away that I've never spoken to don't interest me enough to look at new pics. The assumption for me is that if its all new pics across the site its gotta be at least 85% dick pics. |
