As a kid were there any pets you wanted but were not allowed. And have you since got one as an adult.

I always wanted a budgie, never have had one but thinking I may well do

My nan used to have budgies. I thought it was only one and it was called joey. Every time one died she got another one and called it joey. I didn’t find out till I was an adult that it wasn’t the same joey

I have 2 of the little buggers. Lazy shits fly out of their cage then wait to be picked up to go back. Can't make a phonecall in the room as they decide they want to join in the conversation....but I wouldn't be without their cheeky little faces x
