Looking for some advice from felow fabbers
I'm looking to get fit at home and have a decent range of kettlebells and dumbbells. Is there a good app that i can tell duration of workout , area to be targeted (legs, arms, core etc) and what equipment i have and it will generate a workout for me.
Preferably with a timer per exercise and rest?
Hope you can help |

I'm the least qualified person on the planet to give you advice on this... but...
Why not get a local PT around - tell them what you're hoping to achieve with the equipment you have and let them personalise something for you? Wouldn't be too expensive.
You can log everything on your own and buy a timer.
Would be a far better use of money/time imo. |

- try hiit 3 x a week? Intense 20min sessions, coupled with regular walking. They’re brilliant, easy to remember, and speed up your metabolism for the day. Bang on some fast paced music and get going |

“Something quick” It’s dam hard work and needs dedication and lots of time each week, I’m in my 40’s too and it’s tough |

YouTube has everything you need, you'll find no shortage of workout programmes.
After you do it with the video a few times, you'll start remembering it |
