It is a very male question - owns one and knows how to use it??
Would imagine pretty much every woman would know how to use one  . Me they are fun but they are only very small part of any girl girl experiences. It may be just me but I prefer have sex with a woman as a woman and not as a male - some do like the male element but for me I already have a male for that so why look for that else where
