Secluded swinging holiday

We live in a beautiful remote part of Portugal and have 4 guest rooms, a pool and 55 acres of stunning land with no neighbours. We want to test the idea of opening a swinging getaway where people can enjoy a relaxed and very naughty atmosphere that is both more intimate and naughty than a resort or a club. We would welcome peoples thoughts and any volunteers that would like to help us explore the idea. |

Sounds like a fantastic idea. Any options to expand the accommodations? Initially the 4 rooms would / should bring in a substantial income throughout the year, that should be put into a capital building account, with a view to perhaps building accommodations away from the main property, just to let attendees do their own thing as they wish, without crowding others. |

The idea is to keep it small and intimate - a lot of play areas for a more intimate swapping experience. To be honest it is not about generating income as we would always prioritise our happiness over money and the cost of living here is very reasonable. |

Sounds like a great idea.
I've thought about doing the same, I have a 3 bed villa with a separate apartment, a large pool and private garden in southern France, about 35 mins from Cannes |

Sounds idyllic - I guess the only potential drawback of a small intimate getaway and a ‘holiday’ (as opposed to one night party etc) is what happens if there’s a lack of chemistry or if you don’t fancy the very limited selection of fellow swingers who also happen to be vacationing at the same time?
Maybe if people holiday with those they already know you can overcome this, nevertheless it’s something that only you know you would be happy with having “strangers” in your house / home 24/7? |

I like the idea, I think it would work best for people booking it as a group though as the likelihood of turning up as a couple and finding people there you want to play with is probably quite slim as there are only going to be six other people staying there.
I wouldn’t want to be there and feel obliged to play or feel like we were the only ones not playing, not that I’d be made to feel that way by other people but that would be how I’d feel myself.
The thought of being somewhere remote and private is appealing though. Where we could be relaxed and naked on our holiday that had like minded hosts.
I’m sure it could be very popular as there is a lack of swinger friendly holiday options around, especially if you don’t want a resort based holiday. I wish you lots of luck with it.

Thanks so much for your support and we do completely understand - we may buy another house that is close but we don't want to turn the farm into a campsite and disturb the huge number of wild animals that make the place so magical to us. There hasn't been any obligation to play at any of the resorts we have been to and there is more than enough to enjoy without having to play, not least the peace and tranquility and never having to worry about getting dressed ??

We regularly have a lot of visitors who really enjoy staying here and we love hosting but also love our alone time and we do have to maintain the farm so having a little trial would be great before we commit to anything. Thank you so much for all of your constructive and informative comments  |

Like the idea for a swinger holiday. Sounds like a good plan.
However the limited number of rooms maybe be off putting to us, especially if the location is remote or far from a wider swinging scene. The reason being with 4 rooms there would only be 3 more couples or maybe less couples and a single or two (depending if its open to singles). What if we didn't take a fancy to any of them or worse didn't enjoy their company at all. Granted nothing is ever guaranteed but it's a very close nit intimate site, so there may not be an escape. Obviously in larger swinger accommodation (like say Venus Star) there is more space and more people, thus more opportunities for what you want or to keep a distance from certain people if needed. Having said that there is very limited swinger accommodation out there and it's always nice to have places where we can just do our thing in the open without being told off.
However as a site to make an exclusive group booking for the whole site it would be great. We could see us there with our freinds. But then you have to ask is there enough demand to keep it as a group booking site. |

If he gets enough interest he's building self catering pods to accomodate on the 50 acres but obviously a charge, it'll be a business venture but with pleasure attached  |
