I feel for you and really understand.
Been taking cocodamel painkillers and they have no effect.
Mine last 3 days and this is day 3, I know some point today they will just go and I will be 100%

I will presume you have tried a cold flannel or cloth over the eyes and forehead x
With mine I find that works well after having a hot ish shower and taking ibroprufen. |

Try anti inflammatories for a migraine - works better on the mechanism of the pain. (Ibuprofen for example) |

Yep.
Constantly. Averaging about 3 hours a night for the last three weeks.
But there are unavoidable reasons. Which hopefully will soon change.

Used to suffer with migraines for 3-5 days straight. Somehow they have eased to being low level headaches now. Sleep was terrible too, either being over tired, migrainous or restless legs, again this has improved from what it was.
A simple fix I stumbled across was changing light bulbs. I have a vintage bulb in my bedroom and using lower temperature bulbs everywhere else. A decent mattress and bedding is a good thing too. |
