After watching Slum Landlords Nightmare Tenants I’m suprised anybody becomes a Landlord. Looks stressful as heck!

Without knowing what's going on...

I can imagine the Tories would look at The States and think "Hmmm... if only grab all the housing from everyone and make it unaffordable for people to live".

...so there will be a wave of massive companies buying up all the housing.

Yup we sold our rental the market is up. If you can sell i would do it. It's not worth renting anymore it's too much of a hassle.

Hold as a limited company now does not do too bad but we have low borrowing which always makes it easier but would sell tomorrow.

But even selling we would get taxed at a punishing rate for working hard trapping us..

Both Marks and Spencer and John Lewis are moving massively into rental properties do I think you know more than you let on but they're very much looking forward to the Labour government rather than the Conservatives.
