Well some day for me to day just slipped Geting in the shower stubbed my toe and bruised my side by the hip by the looks off it
Yet to determine if the toe broke yet as it’s still numb / throbbing could this day get any worse for me |

I did that once and caught my thigh on edge of the shower cubicle, it was so bruised it went black  |
