Is it right that Virgin broadband has been sold to a US company? Debts of £5bn.. does that mean naff service will be quickly instated?

Virgin have been very good for me - either with replacements, service or connection.. though Americans companies usually put priority 1 as cutting costs

no... that US company are actually the biggest broadband provider in europe... and since they are moving their HQ from the US to the UK, they may be the one company who will have the clought to really take on murdoch and sky if they want to....

doesnt sound bad - just for the last week my internets been intermittent which has never happened before. Think they were only sold today though?

Stand by for the new 15 minute soaps.

Should only take around 58 minutes to broadcast due to advertisements and football matches lasting around 4-5 hours each way.
