Tell me what I need from Primani peeps as I'm going tomorrow (cringe).
And yes, I need to plan this. It's closer than IKEA but still not THAT close.
Thanks

"Socks, everyone always needs more socks "
I actually bought loads of trainer socks from Asda not that long ago. I think I'm all set in the sock department. And if I'm not... There's always husbands sock drawer (the ones that haven't been violated)

"Socks. I don’t know where they all go but my wife buys 847372 pairs of socks from Primark a year."
Yeah, then the washing machine seems to eat them and leave you with odd socks |

"Pyjamas. I love their PJs "
I love pyjamas but I'm going through this phase where I'm near enough always hot in the house, so much that I have to strip off as soon as I'm through the door.
Also, evening to bedtime for me is about 10 minutes so a waste of time

I’ve just realised o get my gym socks from there. They last 10x longer than Nike/Adidas/Under Armour ones. Other brands are available they’re just the ones I’ve tried. |

Maybe you don't need anything from Primark, most people don't - I think they just wander in for a look and end up with stuff...
Also a lot of stores in general are changing to Autumn/Winter stock, so maybe think ahead to what you might need for then.

90p flip flops
Lacy thongs / knickers - always handy
Oval cotton wool cosmetic pads - always stockpile these
Plain black vests and leggings - essential basics
Knitted loungewear - so comfy for lazy days at home
Foundation pressed powder in Honey or Cinnamon- best bronzing powder ever
Duo false lash glue - think it’s cheaper in Primark than elsewhere
Tubes of shimmery lipgloss - lasts really well and tasted nice

Lactic acid scalp mask. I got it hoping my hair won't fall out - god knows what shit might be in there at this too good to be true prize - is what I was thinking.. but it felt so good to exfoliate and my scalp thanked for me it after ! One to put in a basket for a pampering day.

They don't last for me but it's good to have them at bargain price so wont cry too much over ripped ones.

"Ugh... Last time I was in there, the queues for the checkouts and self service, were so long I dumped the stuff and left... Bloody awful place "
Same here. But my daughter insisted. Now we have a queue system when we go. I hold the queue and she browses.

"My Primark tip is this. If you are after big snuggly oversized sweatshirts , go upstairs to the men's dept. Half the price and still great colours. "
Or normal sized ones!
I bought a mens pink hoodie *almost* identical to the women's for about £7 when the women's was £16...
My must have Primark buy... Their period pants. And their period bikini! |
