I came on and the place is full of threads about 'life on fab'. How about the 'good life'? What does that mean for you? Do you have it or do you crave it? A peaceful country retreat or a lovely place by the sea, good food and drink, a few animals and a few friends to enjoy it with is my craving. And of course being and staying healthy to enjoy it all. It keeps me going and who knows I might even get there one day. What does your little paradise look like? |

My Dad says I live the good life, as I have a big gardening patch and chickens. To me the good life represents a state of mind, where things like cost of living crisis and mortgage rate rises aren't a concern. You'll know you'll be ok. |

And lots of eggs I assume. It does sound nice but you are right it is very much about not having those daily worries too that I appreciate many people do. |

Thanks and definately try to and overcome life's challenges, as there are always plenty of those, but also look forward to a more serene and happy life. Not exactly dreaming just positive about things. |

I have work life balance sorted work 2/3 days and have fun the rest, i have a campervan which i use a lot and in the winter i will book somewhere warm for a month  |
