Robert Nesta Marley!

He would have been 68 today. Anyone else like his music? have you watched the documentary film on his life? What did you think. Ok he wasn't the most faithful of guys, but he was a brave man non the less, so I'm a fan.

So whats your favourite Bob Marley song?

I'll go for 'Get up, Stand up'

Good music and a good musician but his personal life could have been better. However he is famous for his music rather than what he did behind closed doors in my book.

I wouldn't call myself a Bob Marley fan or even a fan of reggae....

But "redemption Song" and "No Woman No Cry would certainly be in my list of all time best songs…

Cool-run'in Bob......

I listen to Peter more than Bob, I find him a deeper lyricist and a better storyteller and his music travels through the years better.

Still, Bob directly and indirectly influenced a lot of great acts, PT included, and he definitely belongs among the big names in music and deserves to be remembered.

Happy birthday Bob

One love

Yes I agree, but in my eyes a hero, after he was shot & still took to the stage with the rest of the band at the Smile Jamaica free gig, that must have took balls of steel
