I realised recently that this is something that we rarely hear as adults and when we do it's powerful.
I tell those around me far more often and it really seems to make a difference.
So today i'm telling all of you.
No matter what you have going on in your life, I'm proud of you. You might be achieving greatness or you might have managed to get up up when it feels like a struggle.
You might last all of Monday without telling someone to fuck off.
You night be doing something you've been putting off.
Whatever it is be proud of you too.
Adulting is hard and we are all doing our best and that is pretty special. |

I dont really do proud. When I’m kind, generous and work hard , which is most the time it’s feels nice , when I’m lazy, procrastinate or hurt people - which is rare - I certainly don’t feel proud of myself |

That would probably make me quite emotional! Lovely stuff often does though. |

I do tell Mrs _archel that I'm proud of her. I'm ashamed to say that this hasn't always been the case, but I am, very proud. She's works hard looking after our children while working full time, on top of which she has her horses and sheep to look after.
She's an amazing woman!
