I know exactly how you feel, as I've posted before I'm a total wuss when it comes to the dentist and only went in the end when after several months of pain it was affecting my general health. I surprised myself with how I coped with the treatment despite being terrified and alternating between hyperventilating and holding my breath..but I did it, and you will too !!
I'm back next week to have a minor dental op done under sedation, if I hadn't of left things so long I could have avoided it !
Good luck, take deep breaths and don't be afraid to ask the dentist to stop when you need a breather xx |

I had to have sedation last time...and they are good where I go but it still doesn't stop you from being afraid as you will know...I know I will be fine after, thanks and hope your treatment goes well too x x |

Thanks,I know I'll never be happy at the dentist, but after surviving an hr in the chair while wide awake I've increased my tolerance lol. Hope all goes well and let us know how it goes. xx |
