Heres a question, has anyone ever developed feelings for folks on here weather it be after chatting for a long while and getting to know the person or after meeting a few times?

We haven’t personally but a guy I was regularly seeing from on here started to get feelings and I took the decision to stop seeing him.

My husband is my priority so nothing would make me jeopardise that

For me there has to be some sort of feelings or nothing happens. I can’t just “fuck” as I need a bit or a start of a mental connection.

I understand that can limit my options but it’s what I need.

One night things just don’t work for me

Major feelings. Yes once. We dated for a long while and it was good. Do I look for that again? I’d say no.

Feelings can be both amazing and equally destroying

Yes, probably several times over really. But I enjoy a connection/friendship with folk I meet... Does it mean I want to have a full blown relationship with them? Nope, because it's not want I'm seeking. But I'm definitely not scared of saying if I like someone, and if I'd like them to play some part in my life, whatever that role may be

Sometimes it's feelings that they are someone to avoid. Sometimes it's just-north-of-neutral feelings, liking but not licking (thank you for this expression Sexbecs12!). And sometimes it's very special feelings.

However I'm not crazy (at least not in that way), I'm not going to be trying to move in, and I'm certainly not going to be upsetting anyone's existing relationships.

To be fair it's not for you to say what is and is not real for him. I'm not saying it is or isn't real, but some people do manage to fall in to what they feel/believe/think/do is love easily. With very little time spent together. To him it is real.

That aside whatever it is to him, doesn't invalidate what it is for you, and you need to do what's right for you.

Yes but I think they're something between non romantic feelings and romantic feelings.

My last FwB ended things after developing feelings for someone else which was fine, I completely understand. They're not in a relationship yet but he messaged the other day and we ended up flirting and um... reminiscing and I got a bit upset about it but I think it was just because it was such a good thing rather than actually having romantic feelings. Who knows...

I don't think so... It's just words on a screen. He's not shown me with any actions - like making the effort to see me. Love isn't a bunch of what's app messages and a handful of meets.
