No, I do not feel that my member is sufficiently valued on the forums.
Serious answer: Also no, I don't feel like a valued member of the forums. I'm not sure there's anything you can do to change that, but thank you for asking.

What's a valued member? I think we all contribute to varying degrees and sometimes people aren't acknowledged or understood which can be a shame.
I don't think I'm a particularly valued member - there are many women who post like me, think like me. Well not many but you get the idea.
I'm valued on here by those I value and that's good enough for me. |

Some people may have something insightful to say at any given moment but it's all based on subject. Everyone fills a small niche but they are still just filler and fodder that comes and goes.
Maybe a fond memory here and there but nothing special.
As I've said before, one person's hero is another person's villain.
I expect somebody may value me, and others won't.
I care little for that value either way. It's nice to see members contribution but that's sort of it. |

Feeling valued is something that generally comes from a relationship and develops over time. I imagine most of the folk on here have one or two relationships IRL and come here for sex without the weight of expectations and the risk of rupture that comes from revealing your desires sometimes, or at least the anxiety about the risk. I feel freerer to talk on here than I have in any relationship off-site. It is liberating in lots of ways. Or something like that  |

I don't really seek validation from the forums anymore like I used to so I'm not really fussed if I'm valued in the forums or not. If I am, then that's great but I'm not losing sleep if I'm not as it's all just people behind a keyboard at the end of the day. |

Last time we went unlos everyone wore black armbands on their forum posts for 7 days and someone started a just fund me page to pay for our ultimate supporter badge when we came back.
It’s nice to feel appreciated

Although all posts are read which could mean valued to some.
If you mean valued to others, definitely not.

I don't seek validation from others and most of the time I don't get a long with women. I'm outspoken and stick by my views which not many can allow others to their own views that doesn't match theirs.
I had a fall out with a certain woman that uses the forums sometimes as well and I also don't use the forums often enough to assume I should be recognised.
I'm simply here to give my input create the odd thread and go about my business |

No. I'd notice. I like your rational postings. I think a lot more people would be noticed than they think - you, a general you, might not feel you're noticed, you might not always get a reply to what you post.
It doesn't mean you're not part of the forums now, the rich tapestry it is. It doesn't mean people don't notice you, agree with your posts. Everyone contributes something, whether that's the inane, the thought provoking, the horny ramblings, the ridiculous puns. You're all noticed far more than replies suggest. |

How does the forum show it values members ?
Is it all of the forum or can we feel valued by some of them ?
If the forum doesn't value me but I feel valued anyway does that count ?

I come on and chat to the people I like and engage with the threads that interest me. I’m not all that bothered about being a valued member. If I left tomorrow I’d soon be forgotten about like a lot of others. |

While this is pretty much what I said above. I will add, there are some individuals that would miss other individuals. But as a larger group/community we won't be missed as an individual. The group moves on and forgets. |

Never given it a second thought. I just try to be courteous to everone, avoid conflict and just interact on threads that catch my eye to contribute to. I try to avoid those that seek conflict and that goes for certain forumites too and I never comment on their threads. Life on here should be easy and interactions lighthearted |

We stick to the sidelines on the forums dipping toes in now and again.
I’ve been around FAB to know that people who think they are important or integral to the forums or they’ll be missed are replaced soon enough once they leave…
Look at some of the forum members who have gone - they’ll get a mention now and again but life and the forums move on.
It’s nice to see/read friendly faces but everyone is replaceable and why we don’t invest so much time on here.
I quite like the sidelines anyway…

I know there’s people on here I’d miss if they just disappeared, but yeah on a whole you’d be forgotten about after a few days so does it really matter? I don’t think so. |

Yeah I feel valued the forums would crumble if i left.......
Truth is I'd be forgotten in heartbeat of a thread, and replaced by the next man or women who stumbles in here.......sooner your realise your not as important as you think you are, and learn to validate yourself, you'll not seek it externally through others, as that's hollow and shallow and falsely propped up.
Learn to give yourself all the affirmation that you require, as you only really need to hear it from yourself...

I value people’s opinions to a point, and I do give a bit of a shit when people leave, because it definitely changes my experience on here. Sometimes better, sometimes worse. |
