Humble personal opinion, the answer to all three is:
- doesn't exist.
A dong's size doesn't make it perfect, who the person is, their quirks and character sexually, that carries way more factors for enjoyment than measurement.
And the too small/too big... eh. If I can still touch it in some capacity, I'm still going to have a pretty damn cool afternoon.

OK a bit controversial here, I'm less bothered about size (excluding the extremes) I'm going for hardness. Little more than a semi shoveled in, isn't going to feel as great as a super hard boner! No matter the size! |

Woman that are honestly bothered by size will likely state it on their profile to give you a clue.
I've known women who are serious size Queens and who won't lower their expectations.

From conversations I’ve had with my wife I reckon 4 and under would be too small.
5-6 perfect.
Anything over 6 and they’d have to be very gentle and she probably wouldn’t enjoy it. |
