That's for that contribution I notice whilst look at your
Profile excellent pics your underwear model qualification and note the hair dryer at the side perhaps you or you or both of you have step on the plug at sometime .as for Lego we all been there .
Good surgestions but I'll stick with frozen peas idea for now.

No sex till ball ache subsided. Take a cool bath just water though
Hot flushes. Men o pause.. See GP for treatment or wife.
Ice pack.. Go to an iceberg to get cooling treatment you might hit titanic coming up

Another practical solution .
Remember these ball are hypothetical
