Should you have a connection when meeting someone ?
I don’t mean club meets as in one offs!
See I used to think I should but I’ve been used a lot recently so I’m thinking not to get too connected anymore

We always want some kind of connection, even if it's a one-off, there may be a whole theme park of single guys in a club and one of them stands out. Maybe they are funny, maybe they are a giant, maybe literally anything else but if someone causes us to spark then we'll do something about it - familiarity doesn't breed attraction, there are people we have met dozens of times and no closer to any kind of play |

I don't do one offs. If I did ask that would matter would be chemistry. I do fwbs and for those connection and similar interests are paramount. I have to be able to talk to them as well as want to be fucked |

There's levels of connection, i don't and never will get emotionally involved.
To me anyone i meet it is just sex. This isn't to say I'm not extremely picky and I do talk to them loads beforehand, I just keep a certain amount back. Well quite a lot back. It's still a connection, just one I can easily walk away from.
