It works for some, not for others.
Many couples get together on here. Some last some don't, but it's as likely to happen on here as anywhere else.

I wasn't looking for a relationship on here at all (or anywhere else to be fair) but one very much found me. I wouldn't put any expectations on it happening but it can join at as it can anywhere else in life. Just have fun, be open and honest and see where it goes  |

We met on here looking for a FWB and ended up together for 8 years and married 5.
So it is more than possible! Neither of us were looking for it though and would’ve said we weren’t open to a relationship at the time.

I don't think it's a bad idea, it can happen and work brilliantly.
I do think it's not something you can actively look for on here - you need to let things progress naturally without putting too much pressure on it. Also, the likelihood of finding a monogamous partner on here is pretty low. As long as you're comfortable with those things, just enjoy it and see what happens.  |

Thank you all for the feedback. I joined here with a view to finding a fwb. But do miss being coupled up.
Lots of different perspectives so will just keep an open mind and see what happens. |

It's as good as place as any for dating.
I'm not on any dating platforms, as I'm not currently looking for a relationship, but I'm not ruling one out with the right person.
In time I would like to find that special person, who knows he could be on here |

we met in a club, neither were looking for a relationship at the time. we became fwb and eventually a real couple. we are now engaged and the wedding is booked. Keep an open mind and hopefully you will find it unexpectedly. |

Fab can be whatever you want it to be.
Some people here have met fallen in love and married. Each to everyone's own way of using this platform.
If its what you want it to be. Go for it. Life is for living after all.

I might be hoping... but treat it as it comes (though wishful thinking I'm sure).
If I was to get lucky though and find something that led to a relationship, fab would be my preferred place to do so and until society changes it's mindset on relationships, monogamy etc. A partner here would save those awkward conversations or (like some of the chaps on here) avoid the whining posts and profiles, complaining that they don't get it at home or are just blatantly cheating.
Honesty and understanding go a long way but, on the same account being here doesn't make me expect it or entitled... just hopeful and open to the possibilities. |

I think that a lot of singles on here are also looking for that special person myself included, I have found that a lot on here are also on dating sites I would much rather meet someone from here and see where it takes us |
