"We had asparagus this evening, lightly steamed and served with butter. It was delicious.  . That made us happy"

I’ve had a lovely day off and managed to finally relax after a very long week at work. Back in tomorrow and then roll on to the weekend 
I hope people’s Fridays zoom past and they enjoy the weekend too! |

It's been another wonderful holiday day. Made even better when the 11yo, gave me a hug and said "thanks for bringing us"
I know that sounds a bit  but he's not normally one to notice that sort of thing.
