This is not a debate about the ins and outs of women's football compared to men. It's about some of the good stories I have seen while watching it.
Like the Republic of Ireland making it to the world cup for the first time, one of eight debutanes at it.
Jamaica having to crowd fun to get there and making it out of the groups.
The delight in various players when they score their first goal for their country and how much it means.
And the shocks with Brazil, Italy and Germany going out and USA saved by the goal post. |
