False Widow Spiders on the March in England should not be confused with it's more deadly cousin, the black widow which occupies Australia. Now Tom is no fan of Australia and remember that these buggers are venomous and not poisonous which has fooled many in the past. The false widow has a skull and crossbones on its back to signal danger and Toms defence, amongst many, is the trusty rolled up newspaper. Better to swat seven than risk being bitten by one. |
