What do you mean unlock if you mean network locked then yes phone up the network and get a pak code for it
If you mean locked as in locked locked
Be very wary off places that say they can or in less it’s a older 7 and under
Everything above a 8 is a paperweight if it’s locked as apple have went to extreme lengths
So much so there was a bount off 2 million put on on unlocking one |

Brute force don’t work as after 10 attempts the phone wipes it’s self and locked down for good
If locked over 15 minutes the lighting port switches off meaning a attack that way is impossible
Can’t unsolder the nand flash as it’s tied to the apu chip numbers
Apu is locked no way to extra the number out off it
So be very wary off a compey clame they can
There a reason they fbi burned close to 50 million trying to unlock one |
