I've decided to whack on some late 90s early 2000s Trance & Hard House for the evening and it has me reminiscing about my clubbing days ( not that kind of club ) .
So wether young or slightly less nimble like myself, what was the best Nightclub you ever went to and why ??

"BCM magaluf for the foam parties
Pink coconut in derby for having dancing robots and a laser show in the dance room and good relaxing music in the r&b/hip hop room"
Can't say I frequented either but sounds cool |

It was a shithole but the local nightclub down bedlington station was best I’ve been too, you always swore you wouldn’t end up there early in the night but always did. Back when it was really popular they had free bus from the surrounding towns you could catch to get there had 2 floors was always packed could get food in there too. Sadly it dwindled away to the point there would be a handful of people in on a Saturday night was so sad to see by then other towns had nightclubs so nobody bothered. Now demolished and flats built in its place |

Bon Bonne was in South London. Just remembered Cinatra's in Croydon. That place was a free for all |

Back in the late 80's and 90's in Blackpool my favorite clubs were Shaboo which then became Zone...also Frenzy at Sequins...and Macy's all excellent nights with Top tunes...Old School heaven and a mixture of Hip Hop |

Closely followed by “The Boat”. A nightclub in a boat on the river Tyne. |

"Randomly a gay club in London 'the fridge '. Don't know if it's still going, but the most fun! Except no girls loos! Lol x
We have similar here still haha "
The Fridge started above a shoe shop in Brixton Road, it was impossible to get in, I lost count of the times I didn't get in. it then moved to the old ABC cinema in Brixton Hill, at one point it was probably the best club in London, I come from Brixton so never went there so to avoid people I knew |

Oh yes! The Tuxedo Princess.
The sister club Tuxedo Junctio in the city centre was great too - each tabke had a telephone, so if you liked the look of someone, you simply looked up their table / phone number and gave them a bell. |

The big one for anyone in Liverpool is obviously Cream. Club of clubs and the best DJs from around the world. 6 technics decks laid out in a row with some DJs like Carl Cox using them to create the most amazing memories but the one that tops that for me, was a club called the 051 in Liverpool. It was the best. Walking down the stairs feeling the bass gave you goosebumps. The music was unheard of at the time…..Scouse house…..DJs were scousers who knew the vibe. It was the ultimate vibe and place to be on a Saturday night. Liverpool in the 90s and 00s to about 2007 was THE place for house music and big club nights. I could go on all night ! If anyone wants to chat Liverpool club life, get in touch lol xx |

Trance is back in fashion again. Calvin Harris - Miracle, David Guetta - Blue, Dove Si Bala, 0800 Heaven, Eargasm God, Lost Frequencies - broke (LFedit), Fred Again & Romy - Strong to just name a few. Psytrance is very popular in place israil and the middle east at the moment.
I find with Trance it's one of the genres of music where I cant listen to it much because I don't want it to lose its affect.
It's nostalgic reminding me of better and simpler times. It's also one of the few genres that hits me on a deeper emo level. Eyes closed infusivness maybe not meditation but certain songs like tiesto Just be or Silence the haunting vocals just goes right through you. |

"I've decided to whack on some late 90s early 2000s Trance & Hard House for the evening and it has me reminiscing about my clubbing days ( not that kind of club ) .
So wether young or slightly less nimble like myself, what was the best Nightclub you ever went to and why ??
There’s about 5 trance songs that I want played at my funeral, I tell my (garage girl) mrs and she looks at me like I have grown a third head"

"For me, it all started with Bagleys round the back of Kings Cross … some good times had there in the mid nineties.
Soft spot for the Camden Palace as it was too
Some very fond memories of those days
Especially MoonDance
You have memories?! Sunny side up?"
I have many memories, I was the only one out of our lot with a car. So designated driver time, upside rarely paid for anything on those nights. Downside, driving back from wherever with a car full of sparked out people lol

Ahhh. Totally missed this thread..
Did mention if Human Traffic contribute in some small way..?
So. 10 years between me and Becky so we have slightly different tastes.
I started off at Sterns in Worthing in the early 90’s.. Dancemaster was a blast.
Then SE1, The Zap Club and The Honey Club in Brighton.
Seven Sins was always a great night.
Trance, happy house..
such good memories… |

If any Fabbers (esp. the London ones) are feeling nostalgic and fancy it, Peach are having their 30th birthday @ Camden Palace on Sept 9th. 1pm-8pm. I will be there, trying to relive my youth but still getting home before midnight (maybe) |

Yeah used to go all the time I had friends that were djs there so got into the vip section. There is actually a whole other "secret" club behind the scenes. It has a bar with table service, clean toilets (mos toilets are filthy) you can go in the dj box and they don't care what you do at your table ?? |

Ministry of Sound was my 1st pop and in the beginning it was great (until it got so well known that it lost its pzaz.
Then for a REAL experience, Torture Gardens was THE place to go! it was fucking great for over 15 years but unfortunately, Once "Time Out" did a write up on it saying it was great, you started getting a different crowd and it lost its edge.
If I could. I would have have TGs all day long |

Kelly's! I'm from county down originally and we'd travel up to Portrush in the mid 90s. I remember seeing Carl Cox when he was slim and had hair. Amazing times |
