I'm on the North Yorkshire border so about there.
May have to celebrate by having homemade Yorkshire puddings and Yorkshire salad for tea, who's joining me ? |

Happy made up day in reaction to the creation of Humberside that they don't really need anymore as they knocked Humberside on the head ages ago.
You can all sip it with your Yorkshire Tea (grown in India, Sri Lanka and Nepal). |

Even bigger. We parade from Millennium Square Leeds to Huddersfield Football stadium, wearing flat caps with ferrets down our trousers. We toss white roses and Yorkshire teabags into the crowds and it ends with a rousing speech from Arthur Scargill and Cumbawamba singing "on Ilkley Moor bah t'at" |
