So, as a bit of a test, I’ve checked the “who is near me” search.. turns out there is no other like minded fabster within 150 miles of me…
Which got me thinking as I sip a beer on the balcony, is this a good thing or a bad thing? Are there times you wish there was no one around so you can go about your business free from the all seeing eye, or do you like knowing you’re surrounded by the fabulous folk of fab…?

I'm very confused. I've just looked at my 'who's near' and it came up with someone in Torquay 
I'm in Co Durham, couldn't be any further away in the country!
I'm confused.

I think that would actually be quite refreshing, would maybe mean more genuine connections and people willing to travel?
It certainly would be better than my local search right now the status updates alone make my toes curl! |

I've never had the 'near me' turned on and I think it's best I keep it that way 
But no, for a holiday I like the complete turn off from socials etc. An escape from life in general to soak up a different atmosphere and just exist. That sounds really lovely at the moment actually  |
