Definitely do it but you need to make sure you double the number of males you think you will need because of no shows.

This makes sense, I would also say have someone there that you know and trust. With you focusing on so much stuff, it's good to have someone there who makes sure nothing untoward happens. |

I thought of going to a club but then you have no control over numbers and the club appears to make load of money, the girls get nothing and they are the reason people are paying money. Some clubs even charge the girls. |

Sorry don't understand. I am thinking that when I watched one going on in a club there was 30 guys who had all paid £45 each the lady had also had to pay £35 because she had brought someone with her to make sure things didn't get out of control. See if there are local gangbang organisers. Many will host for you, and also keep an eye on proceedings in the event of any funny business (I may be blessed in Manchester, there are lots around here). Or a hotel with a discreet entry way (or Air BnB?)
Make sure you have one or two people with you (including gangbang organiser if applicable) who you know will have your back if people decide to exceed your boundaries or otherwise take the piss. Generally gangbang regulars look after the guest of honour, but... sometimes there's one. Better safe than sorry.

Also, suggesting a club is pimping you out because they charge people entry is like saying Premier Inn is pimping you because you paid for a hotel room to have a gang bang. If you hold a private event, the expectation will basically be that those who show up will get to have sex with you.
If you go to a club night (no need to privately hire) you invite the people you want to have sex with you into the room. Attending a club isn't consent to sex, and definitely isn't consent to sex with any specific person. They're offering a venue where these things are possible - your entry fee is paying for use of their facilities, and the guys also pay for use of facilities. They may go for a chance to meet you, but I don't think that's a club pimping someone out. |

OP I think in terms of numbers better to just focus efforts on people most likely to attend- people with veris, people maybe you've met, people relatively close, people with gangbang or at least some kind of group experience. Then you need to stay in regular contact to make sure. It's hard work.
I get where you are coming from on deposit but probably not the best idea. Many won't want to disclose private details including name when they pay you and leave an online money trail. Many might also just be put off out of principle. Also even if you say it is refundable those that are happy with it might somewhere equate it with paying and thinking owed something. Better to keep money out of it. Even if doing in a hotel I would pay yourself so no obligation to anyone.
