Hard one this.. I prefer a profile you have something as a guide, take it all with pinch of salt though.

Attitude on a profile sticks out and can see if they are positive in their thought written profile or not.

Whatever.. Have fun, only live your life once. Be positive and kind.

Mental health matters because you do not know what issues people have.
